Jakob is a junior and this is his first year as a staff writer for The Growl. Jakob is involved in NHS, SELL Crew, and is the team manager for the varsity basketball team. His favorite subject is history and his favorite color is white. Jakob’s favorite show is “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and his favorite food is chicken wings. Outside of school he likes to hang out with friends, read memoirs and watch sports. After high school, Jakob plans to attend University of Iowa and go into sports broadcasting. One piece of advice he has is, “If you’re not willing to go too far, you’ll never go far enough in life”- Chael Sonnen.
