Jordan Martens, Staff Writer/"Passing Time" co-host
Jordan is a senior, and his is her first year as a staff writer for The Growl. She also co-hosts "Passing Time." Jordan plays soccer and track, and is involved in Student Council, NHS, Best Buddies, BVM and FCCLA. Her favorite subject is social studies and her favorite color is blue. Jordan's favorite movie is "The Parent Trap" and her favorite food is a Jersey Mikes #8 sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. Outside of school she likes to play sports and hang out with her family and friends. After high school, Jordan plans to attend college and play soccer. One piece of advice she has is, "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right."
Charlie Zimmerman, Staff Writer/"Passing Time" co-host
Charlie is a senior, and this is his first year as a staff writer for The Growl. He also co-hosts "Passing Time." Charlie plays football, basketball and soccer, and is also involved in Student Council, SELL Crew and NHS. His favorite color is green and his favorite subject is Spanish. Charlie's favorite show is "Family Guy," his favorite movie is "Top Gun: Maverick" and his favorite food is Chick-fli-A Chicken Minis. Outside of school Charlie likes to fish, hangout with his friends and family and play video games. After high school he plans to play football in college. One piece of advice Charlie has is, “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift, that's why it is called the present.”
